The experienced RiderCourse is designed for riders with "some time" already in the saddle and comfortable with basic operation and low speed maneuvers. Although there is no required level of experience for admission, it is generally recommended that a rider have at least 2,000 miles on a motorcycle before choosing this course.   The curriculum for the BRC and ERC are similar, however the class is somewhat condensed and will take only one day for class discussion and range time. Additionally, you will be allowed to take the course on your own motorcycle versus using ours.

After successful completion of the ERC, you will also receive a course completion card and a certificate on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security.  This certificate will serve as a waiver for the riding and written tests at any Tennessee Driver's License Testing Station.
